Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree on the creation of a new special command within the Armed Forces.
“Elchi” reports that Zelenskyy announced this in a video message on his Telegram channel.
According to him, the new command will operate in the direction of delivering long-range strikes on Russia’s military potential and will concentrate all existing resources for this purpose.
Zelenskyy also announced that reforms will be carried out in Ukraine’s Assault Troops. He stated that measures will be taken to resolve issues related to personnel and that changes will also be made at the command level.
The President also announced the creation of the United Flexible Response Forces. According to him, this will be a new branch of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The new structure aims to strengthen operational response on the front line by combining assault troops with unmanned systems, artillery, and other combat assets.
