The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the “Rules for the Use of Gas”.
“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new order regarding this.
In accordance with the approved decision, the formalization of the gas purchase and sale agreement between the consumer and the gas seller for the purpose of gas supply to the construction object will be provided through “ASAN service” centers in regions where “ASAN Communal” centers have not yet started operating, until such centers are established.
In addition, the rules state that until the organizational preparation of the procedures intended to be executed through the information system of the relevant system operator via the service channel of the E-Government Information System is completed, those procedures will be carried out directly, by mail or e-mail.
Also, the previous decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated May 12, 2011, “On the approval of the ‘Rules for the Use of Gas'” has been considered void.
