With the support of the State Support Agency for NGOs, the “Vətəndaş” Research and Development Public Union has started the implementation of a project titled “Knowledge first, then unity – a public campaign for the prevention of early marriages”. The goal of the project is to strengthen awareness about the social, medical, and legal consequences of early marriages, and to form a correct public opinion on the importance of education and personal development, especially among youth and parents in the regions. The campaign aims to increase public awareness and achieve behavioral change through television programs and media articles. Within the framework of the project, educational TV programs will be produced, and expert interviews and research articles will be published in online media. As a result of the project, it is expected that awareness regarding early marriages in the regions will increase, interest in education will strengthen, and young people will make more responsible choices.
