Construction of a “dam intended to return the Araz River to its former course” continues on the Armenia-Turkey border.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated to local media by the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
“Work is ongoing,” the agency said in response to a relevant question.
The ministry did not provide further details.
