A swearing-in ceremony for young soldiers has been held in the units and military formations of the State Border Service (SBS).
This was reported to “Elchi” by the SBS.
In accordance with military ritual, the Battle Flag was brought to the parade ground during the ceremonies.
The ceremonies began with the playing of the National Anthem, followed by a minute of silence to honor the cherished memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs.
The speakers wished the young soldiers to be loyal to the state, the people, and President Ilham Aliyev as exemplary military personnel, to be brave and disciplined, to protect the borders of the motherland like the apple of their eye, and to fulfill the assigned tasks with honor, while also recommending that they deeply master the border guard profession and serve in an exemplary manner.
After the young soldiers solemnly took the Military Oath, the congratulatory telegram from the Chief of the SBS, Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev, was conveyed to the event participants.
During the ceremony, meetings were held with the parents, and their questions were answered.
