In the event of a renewed war with the US, Iran is prepared to strike American bases that have not yet been attacked.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated by Mohsen Rezaei, a military advisor to Iran’s Supreme Leader Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in an interview with CNN.
“We will add a new dimension to the war by striking other American bases that have not been attacked before,” he added.
According to him, if the war resumes, Iran could expand military operations beyond the Persian Gulf—from the Strait of Hormuz to the Indian Ocean, the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, the Red Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea.
At the same time, Rezaei noted that the probability of war remains low.
