Employees of the Special Risky Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations participated in the “Turkey-Azerbaijan-Georgia SAR Exercise-2026” held in Ankara, Turkey, organized by the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the press service of the MES.
It was stated that the main purpose of the exercise was to improve joint working habits among the search and rescue units and personnel of friendly countries, to organize mutual exchange of experience, and to get acquainted with the most modern approaches in the field of search and rescue.
During the exercise, an operation was carried out to organize the search and rescue of “victims” trapped under the rubble in an area where a simulated earthquake occurred.
At the end of the successful exercise, relevant certificates were presented to the MES rescuers by the organizers.
