Due to the severe rainy and windy weather conditions observed during the night at the 92nd kilometer of the Hajigabul–Horadiz highway, a tree fell onto the roadway, creating a dangerous situation for the movement of vehicles.
According to the information provided to elchi by the Main State Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident was immediately taken under control by Traffic Patrol Service officers who were on duty in the area at the time.
In order to ensure the safety of road users, operational measures were taken in the area, drivers were warned, and the safe and uninterrupted movement of vehicles was organized.
“As a result of the prompt intervention of the officers, possible accident risks on the road section were prevented, and the safe organization of traffic was ensured. Later, heavy machinery was brought to the area to remove the trees that had fallen onto the roadway, the road was fully cleared, and normal traffic flow was restored.
