Changes to be made to the Baku Metro operating schedule

Baku Metro will make changes to its operating schedule in connection with non-working days.

According to the information provided by the Metro, on May 9 – Victory Day over Fascism and on May 11, the interval between trains in the “28 May-Ahmedli” direction and vice versa will be 2 minutes and 30 seconds, while on May 10 it will be 3 minutes.

The existing traffic schedule on the Purple line, as well as on the “Jafar Jabbarli-Khatai” and “Hazi Aslanov-Ahmedli” sections, will remain unchanged.

The movement of trains in the “Bakmil” direction and vice versa will be regulated according to the Saturday schedule on May 9 and 11, and according to the Sunday schedule on May 10.

“In addition to the changes in the operating schedule, general control at the stations will be strengthened, and additional personnel will be allocated based on the duty roster. If necessary, reserve trains will be released onto the line,” the statement notes.
