US President on negotiations with Iran: I am not satisfied

US President Donald Trump has stated that he is not satisfied with Iran’s latest proposal for resolving the conflict and expressed doubt that Tehran wants to reach an agreement.

“Elchi” reports, citing CNN, that the US leader said this to reporters at the White House.

“They want to make a deal, but I’m not satisfied,” he said while commenting on the latest proposals made by the Iranian side.

At the same time, the US President did not specify which parts of the document caused his objection, but expressed doubt that the Iranian authorities are capable of agreeing to a final settlement in principle.

“They have made some progress, but I am not sure if they will ever reach a result,” he said, adding that there is serious disorder in the Iranian leadership.

According to Trump, the Iranian government is divided and consists of several competing groups: “They are two or three, maybe four groups, and it is a very fragmented leadership. At the same time, everyone wants to make a deal, but they are in complete disarray.”
