This was reported to elchi by the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA).
It was stated that this change is being implemented in accordance with the relevant decision of the Transport Coordination Council.
“Previously, traffic safety was not maintained as vehicles obstructed each other when moving in opposite directions,” the statement emphasized.
