Major indices in global stock markets have moved in different directions over the last 24 hours.
“Elchi” reports that growth has been recorded in the main indices of the US stock markets. The Dow Jones index increased by 0.69% to 49,490.03 points, the S&P 500 index rose by 1.05% to 7,137.90 points, and the Nasdaq Composite index grew by 1.64% to 24,657.57 points. At the same time, the NYSE Composite index increased by 0.22% to 23,001.78 points, and the S&P/TSX Composite index rose by 0.43% to 33,955.11 points.
In European stock markets, the Euro Stoxx 50 index decreased by 0.41% to 5,906.22 points, the FTSE 100 index fell by 0.21% to 10,476.46 points, and the DAX index dropped by 0.31% to 24,194.90 points. The CAC 40 index decreased by 0.96% to 8,156.43 points, and the IBEX 35 index fell by 0.75% to 18,006.40 points.
In the Asia-Pacific region, a decline was mainly recorded. The Nikkei 225 index decreased by 0.99% to 58,994.45 points, the TOPIX index fell by 1.04% to 3,705.90 points, and the Hang Seng index dropped by 1.12% to 25,870.37 points. The CSI 300 index fell by 0.79% to 4,761.57 points. The S&P/ASX 200 index decreased by 0.80% to 8,773.10 points, and the MSCI AC Asia Pacific index fell by 0.54% to 255.65 points.
