“Elchi” reports that this was stated by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei on SNNTV.
“Claims about divisions within the Iranian government are intended more to distract attention; diplomacy after the war is being continued with full solidarity and coordination,” he said, adding that one of the problems the US has had over the last year or two, and even before that, is its failure to sufficiently understand the Iranian people and the decision-making mechanism in the country:
“Their perception, based on stereotypes and incorrect analyses, was that they could bring Iran to its knees with limited military strikes in June, but this was completely wrong. After the initial failure, they tried to repeat the same path using other methods, but it was again fruitless.”
According to Baghaei, Iran has embarked on the path of diplomacy after a tough struggle, characterized by unity and the speed of decision-making.
It should be noted that on April 23, US President Donald Trump stated that they still have not been able to determine the leadership in Iran and that internal struggle among various political forces continues.
