Are loans granted to those with delays? – LAW

It is not prohibited by law to obtain a loan for those who have delays in their credit history.

elchi reports, citing milliaz, that according to Article 10.1 of the Law “On Credit Bureaus”, after the latest amendment to the information constituting credit histories, such information is stored for a period of 10 years. After this period expires, the information is destroyed or archived based on the consent of the credit history subject.

If there have been delays or problems with previous loan payments, this may affect the granting of a loan.

However, the legislation does not prohibit banks or non-bank credit organizations from granting loans to persons with delays. Whether or not a loan is granted depends on the initiative of the respective bank or credit organization.
