In the first quarter of this year, the number of people traveling from Azerbaijan to Georgia was 59,571.

Compared to the previous year, the number of people traveling from Azerbaijan to the neighboring country decreased by 5,247, or 8%.
In January-March, Azerbaijan ranked 5th in terms of the number of foreign citizens visiting Georgia. Along with Azerbaijan, the top five included Turkey (238,368 people), Russia (230,717 people), Armenia (160,473 people), and Israel (66,744 people).
During the reporting period, Georgia received a total of 1,300,505 international visitors, which is 1.1% less than the same period last year. The number of tourists increased by 4% year-on-year, reaching 997,529 people.
