It was stated that during January 2026, universal platform operator and on-demand broadcasting service provider licenses were granted to “Azercell Telekom” LLC (under the service name “Kinon”), and the non-satellite platform broadcaster license granted to “Neftçi Media” LLC was revoked.
“During February, an on-demand broadcasting service provider license was granted to “Kinobox” LLC (service name: “Kinobox”), and a non-satellite platform broadcaster license was granted to “Mahnı” LLC (television channel name: “Mahnı TV”). During March, the universal platform operator licenses granted to “Rahat Telecom” LLC and “SN Telecom” LLC were revoked,” the statement noted.
