An unscheduled inspection was conducted on April 6-7 by the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health at the private medical facility owned by “NNS KLİNİKA” LLC, located at 41 Aliyar Aliyev Street, Narimanov district, Baku.
This was reported to elchi by the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health.
It was noted that during the service inspection, facts of medical activity without a license and the use of unregistered medicinal products were discovered. Consequently, an administrative penalty measure was selected against the legal entity, and a protocol on administrative offense was drawn up under articles 210.1 and 221.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent for further proceedings to the relevant authorities.
Additionally, a submission was presented to law enforcement agencies to file a motion for the suspension of the current operations of the private medical facility owned by “NNS KLİNİKA” LLC.
For the purpose of determining a position corresponding to the specialty for current labor activity, an official request has been sent from the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health to the State Labor Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
