Kadi Borges has scored his 40th goal for “Qarabağ”.
“Elchi” reports, citing the official website of the Professional Football League, that the Brazilian midfielder Bizon scored a brace in the 1/2 final match of the Azerbaijan Cup against “Sabah” (2:2).
With this, he reached “40” goals in his 123rd match for the Aghdam club.
The South American has scored 24 goals in the Premier League (in 70 games), 6 in the Azerbaijan Cup (in 14 games), and 10 in European competitions (in 39 games). Kadi is the 18th player in “Qarabağ”‘s history to score 40 or more goals.
It should be noted that Borges scored his first goal for “Qarabağ” on August 12, 2021, in the home match of the Conference League III qualifying round against AEL (Cyprus).
