Zelensky: I don’t need Putin’s “historical nonsense”

Zelensky admitted that he does not want to waste time on “historical nonsense” from Putin.
“Elchi” reports that Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky said that he does not want to listen to “historical nonsense” from Russian President Vladimir Putin. He said this during an interview with British journalist Piers Morgan, and the recording of the interview was published on the Piers Morgan Uncensored YouTube channel.
“I don’t need to waste time on historical questions or the reasons why he started all this,” Zelensky said.
During the conversation, the Ukrainian leader also discussed what would happen to his country if he suddenly left. The head of state expressed confidence that Ukraine would not be destroyed. He emphasized that a country is not a single person, but a system of institutions. Moreover, these institutions continue to operate even in the face of a full-scale armed conflict.
The third round of Russian-US-Ukraine talks took place in Geneva on February 17 and 18. The discussions lasted six hours on the first day and about two hours on the second day. Vladimir Medinsky, the head of the Moscow delegation, called the discussions “difficult but businesslike”.
According to Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Russian State Duma, the Ukrainian leadership will benefit from Vladimir Medinsky’s historical education in order to understand “the matter of fact”.
