The mobile application of the Electronic Services System of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has been launched to develop digital services, including improving the quality of services provided to citizens.

It was reported that the “e-FHN” mobile application ensures the automation of applications for relevant services and registration of fines. Through this system, citizens can register by logging into the application and easily benefit from the services provided by the Ministry.
The application includes sending applications electronically, monitoring the execution status, receiving notifications, making relevant payments and other functions.
It should be noted that the launch of the mobile application is one of the important steps taken to support e-government initiatives within the scope of the Ministry’s authority, facilitate access to public services and increase citizen satisfaction.
