The “Mother Language” award will be established for linguists and media representatives.
APA reports that the proposal of Professor Gulu Maharramli, who came up with this initiative, was approved by the President of ANAS, Isa Habibbayli.
He said that the award will be presented on February 21.
Isa Habibbayli noted that ANAS will establish a mother language award for linguists, and the Press Council for the media: “The name of the Olympiads will be “Mother Language” Olympiads. The awards are planned to be presented on February 21.”
