“Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia” has been approved.
Elchi.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on this matter.
According to the Decree, after the Agreement enters into force, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of Georgia regarding the completion of domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement.
It should be noted that the Agreement was signed on November 21, 2025, in Tbilisi.
