Last year, 1889 technically faulty vehicles stranded on the road in the capital caused traffic congestion.
Elchi.az reports that this was stated in the information of the Intellectual Transport Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was noted that immediate measures were taken by the ITMC and the Baku City State Traffic Police Department regarding both accidents and faulty cars.
