The North Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held training on “Search and rescue operations in complex terrain”.
Elchi.az was informed about this from the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The purpose of the training was to increase the knowledge and skills of rescuers in organizing and conducting rescue operations, including rescuing victims in mountainous-forest areas, as well as improving the effective management skills of rescue team commanders during an incident.
During the training, rescuers conditionally “rescued” a citizen who was injured and helpless in the forest and evacuated him to a safe area using special rescue equipment.
In the end, the results of the training were analyzed and relevant instructions were given.
