The Ministry of Emergency Situations’ hotline “112” received information about citizens being stranded in their cars due to icy roads in the areas of Shusha, Khankendi cities, and Khojavend region.
Elchi.az reports that, according to the information provided by the MES Press Service.
In connection with the information, firefighters-rescuers of the Khankendi City Fire Protection Unit of the State Fire Protection Service of the MES and the rescue team of the Karabakh Regional Center were immediately involved in the area.
Rescuers ensured the movement of 2 “Mercedes” vehicles and 1 motorcycle that could not continue moving due to the icy road and provided appropriate assistance to the citizens.
