The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has announced today’s exchange rates. According to “Elchi”, on February 13, the US dollar exchange rate remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats. The Turkish lira depreciated to 0.0389 manats, the Euro to 2.0167 manats, and 100 Russian rubles appreciated to 2.2015 manats.
