The state fee for issuing a veterinary passport will be 30 manats.
elchi reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the law “On State Duty”.
Currently, a state fee of 20 (twenty) manats is set for issuing a veterinary passport.
In accordance with the “Rules for keeping dogs, cats, or other pets in settlements of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 09.03.2011 No. 38, the export of pets to foreign countries is carried out by preparing the relevant passport.
In this regard, veterinary passports were issued for 2073 applications in 2024 and 2114 in 2025.
Due to the increase in the number of applications, financial resources spent on issuing passports, and other expenses in the mentioned years, it is proposed to increase the state fee for issuing a veterinary passport from 20 manats to 30 manats.
