The period for financing measures to provide housing, individual houses, rehabilitation aids, and services to persons with disabilities and families of martyrs in connection with the defense of independence and territorial integrity through compulsory state personal insurance funds has been extended until 2029.
elchi reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 29, 2022, “On Financing Measures Related to the Social Protection and Social Security of Persons with Disabilities and Families of Martyrs through Compulsory State Personal Insurance Funds”.
According to the amendment, measures to provide persons with disabilities related to war and families of martyrs with housing or individual houses, as well as rehabilitation aids and rehabilitation services, will be carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population at the expense of compulsory state personal insurance funds formed in 2022–2029.
