The interview schedule for the civil service recruitment competition announced on August 17 has been determined. Within the scope of the competition, 876 vacant positions in administrative civil service roles across 154 government agencies have been announced for interviews.

It was reported that 115 of the vacant positions are for Category A, and 761 are for Category B. A total of 8490 interviews are planned for the 4181 candidates registered for the announced positions.
One of the positions with the highest number of applicants is the leading consultant position in the sector for the organization of preschool education at the State Agency for Preschool and General Education under the Ministry of Science and Education in Baku City. 528 candidates registered for one vacant position.
For the leading consultant position in the Legal Support, Human Resources, and Document Management Department of the National Hydrometeorology Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, 271 candidates applied for one vacant position.
The interviews are scheduled to be held from November 2, 2026, to June 8, 2027. Candidates can obtain detailed information about the time and location of the interview through the SEC’s electronic services.
Candidates must confirm whether they will participate in the interview from October 14 to 16 until 16:00. Candidates wishing to withdraw must select the relevant interview schedule in their personal cabinet and click the “WITHDRAW” button on the application form.
If withdrawal is made within the established period, this will be taken into account in the number of interviews for which free participation is provided, and the amount paid will be refunded minus bank charges. After the specified period expires, refunds and discounts for free participation will not apply to withdrawals made before 16:00 on the day before the interview.
The Center advises candidates to familiarize themselves in advance with the job functions, employment conditions, and interview programs of the positions they are applying for, and to make their choices carefully. Candidates are requested to be at the building where the interview will be held at least 30 minutes before the start of the interview.
