The Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Intelligent Transport Management Center has warned motorcycle and scooter riders.
According to information provided to elchi from the Traffic Center, the warning states:
“Riding two-wheeled vehicles does not give anyone the right to break the rules, endanger the lives of others, and evade responsibility!
Unfortunately, some riders of motorcycles and scooters on the capital’s roads think that they are not responsible for their actions by breaking the rules. Therefore, such riders run red lights and make dangerous maneuvers on the roads. It seems that these individuals do not consider the severe consequences that their violations may lead to.
We recommend that drivers who commit such behavior carefully watch two road traffic accidents recorded by surveillance cameras. As the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Intelligent Transport Management Center, we urge individuals riding two-wheeled vehicles to learn from the recorded accidents and follow the rules on the roads.”
