Based on information published in the media, employees of the Food Safety Agency carried out an unscheduled inspection at the bread production workshop owned by physical person Musayev Rovshan Vahid, located at 23 Vungtau Street, Khatai district, Baku.
This was reported to “Elchi” – a by the agency.
It was stated that during the inspection, it was revealed that the enterprise lacked food safety registration.
It was also revealed that the facility had no storage area, and therefore flour sacks were stored in the production area, while the processes of baking and cooling bread were carried out in the same area.
At the same time, it was discovered that the produced bread was packed into boxes without packaging and labeling and transported in unsanitary conditions.
An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding the fact, and the activity of the enterprise was restricted until the shortcomings are eliminated.
