The Ministry of Internal Affairs announces a competition for recruitment to vacant technician-operator positions in its relevant agencies located in Baku.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the MIA, citizens with higher education, aged between 22 and 29, who have fully completed their active military service (except for women), who have not been convicted (except for close relatives convicted of crimes that do not pose a major public danger due to negligence), who possess skills in working with “Microsoft Word” and “Microsoft Excel” programs, as well as information systems and electronic databases, and who are permanently registered or residing in Baku, can participate in the competition.
“Preference will be given to candidates who have general knowledge in the field of traffic rules, as well as work experience in monitoring, control, or administrative activities.
Candidates who successfully pass the competition will be admitted to the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and will be granted the appropriate special rank.
Candidates must fill out the electronic application form and questionnaire posted on the official website of the MIA (www.mia.gov.az) and send them to the email address bki@mia.gov.az by October 14, 2026,” the statement noted.
