The Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population provided rehabilitation services to 100,000 people with disabilities in January-August of this year.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
It was stated that 52,900 of them were provided with outpatient services, 24,800 with inpatient and community-based services, and others with mobile and online rehabilitation services, as well as social-psychological support.
In addition to traditional methods, advanced international rehabilitation techniques (robotic, social-psychological rehabilitation, yoga, hippotherapy, dance therapy, etc.) are applied in the Agency’s rehabilitation facilities.
Along with inpatient and outpatient services, these facilities also provide rehabilitation services in community-based, telerehabilitation, and mobile formats.
