September 21, 2026, is the deadline for submitting a number of tax returns for the month of August.
This was reported to elchi by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
The following returns must be submitted by the deadline:
tax withheld at the source of payment from income obtained from winnings and prizes;
value added tax;
excise taxes;
road tax;
mining tax;
simplified tax on real estate;
simplified tax on cash withdrawals.
It is noted that a financial sanction of 40 AZN is applied for failure to submit the return within the established period by taxpayers who have taxable items or carry out taxable transactions for the reporting period.
