On September 19-20, intermittent rain is expected in some mountainous and foothill regions of Azerbaijan.

Due to the expected rainy weather conditions, water levels in rivers are expected to rise, and short-term floods and mudflows are likely to pass through some rivers of the Greater and Lesser Caucasus.
