“We are 100 percent ready to respond decisively to any mistake by the enemy,” he noted.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump announced that he would meet with leaders of Persian Gulf countries on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session to discuss the situation in the Middle East.
The “Axios” portal wrote that during that meeting, Trump would also discuss the next steps to be taken in a war with Iran.
The US President did not rule out the possibility of new strikes on Iranian territory. “I have a big decision to make. Do I want to destroy them or not? It’s a big decision. I can make any decision,” Trump told the “Axios” portal.
