According to elchi, the exchange rate of the US dollar remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats on September 16.
In turn, the Turkish lira depreciated to 0.0349 manats.
100 Russian rubles appreciated to 2.0178 manats, and the euro rose to 1.9627 manats.
