In January-August 2026, Azerbaijan exported 195.2 thousand tons of methanol worth 68.34 million dollars.
“Elchi” reports that this is stated in the information released by the State Customs Committee (SCC).
During the reporting period, the value of exported methanol increased by 1.3 percent compared to the previous year, while the volume decreased by 33.2 percent.
It should be noted that in the corresponding months of 2025, 292.3 thousand tons of methanol were exported from the country, and the value of exports amounted to 67.4 million dollars.
