The successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Muslim Council of Elders was noted. At the same time, the important role played by Azerbaijan at the global level in strengthening Islamic solidarity was touched upon, and in this regard, the significance of the 7th meeting of Muslim religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States held in Baku, as well as the Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to be organized in Azerbaijan next year, was emphasized. It was noted that religious relations in Azerbaijan are regulated at a high level.
During the conversation, it was recalled that the President of Azerbaijan was awarded the “Zayed Award for Human Fraternity” earlier this year. The guest presented the certificate of this award to the head of state.
