During his speech at the “SCO plus” format meeting, President Ilham Aliyev spoke about the implementation of the resolutions adopted by the UN regarding Azerbaijan in 1993.
elchi reports that, emphasizing that the four resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council in 1993 were implemented 30 years later – three years ago, the head of our state stated: “However, unfortunately, the UN played no role in the implementation of these resolutions. Azerbaijan fully restored its sovereignty and territorial integrity on its own. It is required to develop appropriate mechanisms for the short-term implementation of UN Security Council resolutions.”
