However, in the evening and at night, intermittent rain and lightning occurred in some mountainous and foothill areas. In some places, it was short-term and torrential.
The amount of precipitation recorded was 8 mm in Balakan, 7 mm in Kalbajar and Gadabay, 5 mm in Dashkasan, 4 mm in Goygol, 3 mm in Goranboy, 2 mm in Sadarak, and up to 1 mm in Shaki, Tovuz, Shahdag, Shamkir, Ganja, Nakhchivan, Sharur, and Shahbuz.
A north-west wind is blowing in some places. The maximum wind speed reached 20 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 17 m/s in Julfa, and 16 m/s in Nakhchivan.
The maximum air temperature reached 31 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 36 degrees in the Nakhchivan AR, 35 degrees in the Aran regions, and up to 25 degrees in the mountainous regions.
