According to updated information from the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Russia plans to increase the production of ballistic missiles.
elchi reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this, citing a report by GUR head Ivashchenko.
Against this background, Zelensky called on his partners to completely block the supply of components, equipment, and machinery used by Russia in missile production. According to him, “without foreign components, the Russians are unable to implement any part of their missile programs.”
For his part, Zelensky noted that intelligence has confirmed the high effectiveness of the strikes carried out by Ukraine on Russian military enterprises and oil production facilities. It was also confirmed that the operations of several Oil Refineries (OR), including one of the largest plants processing 17 million tons of oil per year — the OR in the city of Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region — have been suspended.
