On August 28, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev held a citizen reception in the city of Khankendi.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Science and Education, residents of Khankendi, Khojaly, and Aghdara attended the reception.
The Minister of Science and Education listened to the citizens who had signed up for the reception and gave instructions to the heads of the relevant ministry departments to ensure the prompt investigation of the appeals and the resolution of the raised issues in accordance with the legislation.
