The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population continues active employment measures for residents relocated to the Lachin district.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry, 1235 of these residents have already been involved in employment measures.
It was stated that the employment of 1180 of them has been ensured within the district (including the creation of small farms for 86 people under the self-employment program), and 55 people have been involved in training courses for professions in line with labor market demands.
It was noted that support work for the employment of another group of residents is currently underway. Their employment opportunities are being assessed, and it is being determined which employment program they will be involved in.
