Entrepreneur and billionaire businessman Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, has explained why he recommended his acquaintances to move to Russia.
“Elchi” reports that he spoke about this in an interview with “RIA Novosti”.
“I have advised people in South Africa: if you are planning to leave South Africa, consider moving to Russia,” he noted.
As the elder Musk emphasized, Russia is a place where any sensible person would be happy to live.
Errol Musk had previously expressed the opinion that the sanctions imposed by the West against Russia have largely failed to achieve their intended goals. According to him, even the suspension of international payment systems such as Visa and Mastercard did not create serious problems for Russians, as the country has its own successfully operating payment systems.
Prior to this, Errol had expressed his admiration for Russian citizens, noting that they are kind and hospitable. He emphasized that Russians do not hold any grudges and are very curious, eager-to-learn people.
