The State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations continues to take necessary measures within its authority to ensure safety in industrial and mining operations.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It was stated that in this context, the Agency’s employees conducted a follow-up inspection at a liquid gas filling station owned by individual entrepreneur Aliyev Nariman Yalchin oglu, located near the “Ag daglar” road in the Shamkir district.
During the inspection, it was determined that the violations related to 2 pressure vessels, which had been shut down by the Agency’s inspectors some time ago, had not been rectified and their operation had been illegally resumed.
Specifically, violations previously identified, such as the expiration of the service life of the vessels, the failure to conduct full technical examinations, as well as the lack of inspection of control-measuring instruments and safety devices, were identified once again.
Considering that the detected violations pose a serious threat to human life and health, the operation of the 2 pressure vessels was suspended again. Additionally, a copy of the act prepared for the rectification of the violations and the relevant decision of the Agency were presented to the entrepreneur.
