On July 30-31, intermittent rain is expected mainly in the mountainous and foothill regions of Azerbaijan.

It was reported that in some places, the rain is likely to be short-term, intense, and accompanied by lightning and hail.
It is expected that the water level in the rivers will increase, and short-term flash floods may occur in some mountain rivers.
