On July 21, an ammunition explosion occurred in the territory of Zaylik village of the liberated Kalbajar district.
elchi reports that the Press Services of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) have released information regarding this.
According to the information, Sarkhan Alasgar oglu Isgandarov, born in 1987, a resident of Gazakh district, was injured as a result of an ammunition explosion while grazing cattle in an area not cleared of mines.
An investigation is being conducted by the Kalbajar District Prosecutor’s Office regarding the incident.
“The Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and ANAMA once again call on citizens to follow safety rules, pay close attention to mine danger signs, not touch suspicious objects, not enter unfamiliar areas, and not interfere with areas where fencing activities are being carried out,” the statement says.
