As part of the registration for preschool groups for the 2026–2027 academic year, school selection for the Azerbaijani section is beginning.
This was reported to elchi by the MÜTDA.
It was stated that parents can carry out school selection in other districts and cities of the country, excluding Baku city, starting from July 21 at 11:00.
The selection process for Baku city will begin on July 21 at 15:00, and for sections where instruction is conducted in other languages, it will begin on July 22 at 11:00.
Registration is carried out through the “mektebeqebul.edu.az” portal and will continue until September 14 at 18:00.
Only children born in 2021, i.e., those who turn 5 years old in the current year, are admitted to preschool groups.
