The sale of apartments in new residential complexes in Umid settlement of Baku, as well as in Absheron and Samux districts, continues as part of the social project of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the MLSPP.
It was stated that these 3 and 4-room, fully renovated, unused apartments with title deeds, which can also be purchased via mortgage loans, are offered for sale at prices significantly lower than the market value – ranging from 435 to 830 manats per square meter.

You can reserve your chosen apartment by clicking the “Book” button on the portal.
An apartment can be reserved by 3 people. If the first person who reserves the apartment does not purchase it, the right to purchase passes to the next person who reserved it.
A sales contract is concluded between the person who reserves and purchases the apartment and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population within 10 days. A legal entity or an individual can purchase any number of the apartments on sale.
The funds generated from the sales are directed towards providing housing for martyrs’ families and persons with disabilities related to the war in other regions of our country.
